ATBAQ Co. is a Saudi civil and general contracting company based in Jeddah, delivering structural, infrastructure and building works across the Kingdom.
Our core discipline is civil engineering: excavation and earthworks, piling and foundations, reinforced concrete structures, block and masonry, roads, drainage and site infrastructure. Around that core we provide the finishing, electromechanical and maintenance trades needed to hand over a complete, operational facility under one contract.
Every project is run by a dedicated site team under a named project manager, working to an approved programme, method statements, inspection and test plans and a documented HSE plan. We work as main contractor, subcontractor or through direct-labour arrangements.

Six integrated divisions. Take a package on its own, or combine them into one turnkey contract from site clearance to handover and post-completion maintenance.
Formwork decides the shape, finish and safety of every concrete element. We design, supply and erect timber and steel shuttering with our own carpenters and scaffolders, from blinding-level footings to multi-storey slabs, and strip it only once the concrete has proven its strength.
Every project follows the same six-stage sequence. Each stage has defined deliverables and a hold point that must be closed before the next one begins.
